Half-Life 3 Endings

Gordon gets to a superportal in space,then walks into it.Everyone in the last 3 games,dead are not,have birthday hats and scream out "Happy Birthday!" Gordon then says "For Me?"

Then the universe ends.

Nah. Actually, they all tell him "Congratulations!" while standing on a map of the earth.

Here is a bit of speculation: Half-Life 2 Episode 3 will end just like Half-Life 2 and Half-Life 1: G-man comes, talks shit, puts you in stasis with the only twist being that Gordon does the nasty with Alyx first. Setting you up for Half-Life 3 or something.

I think that there will be some form of confrontation between gordon and g-man and maybe the good old lambda complex might crop up but whatever the happen, i think that it will just about wrap things up but leave an ending open to HL3 which will probably be a very different storyline - similar to the difference between hl1 and hl2....

or not...
i need to come up with some form of playable storline in my head before the tension leads to arm chewing....NOM....NOM...NOM

Or maybe G-Man will just terminate Gordon's contract.
