Seriously? You can't figure out how to do Pyramid Head on a budget? Get some cardboard, a lot of tape, a marker, and a bath towel. Sure, it'll be moderately ghetto, but it'll be ghetto spooky!
Three words: Coat. Hat. Mask. Seriously, these are the three most versatile pieces that can fit into many different costumes ranging from The Question, The Spirit, The Shadow, The Green Hornet, Kato. Heck, throw in a cape and Guy Fawkes mask and you can go as V. Pretty simple, very basic, and yet a whole lot of possibilities.
Go as Batman. Get a friend to go as Robin.
