I did end up getting it to try it out.

It's good runs well, lots of people playing.

I'm still not going to go out of my way to play it, but getting some nostalgic matches on The Pit was fun.

They don't have the permission to distribute Halo Online. Feel free to pass around open source code, which the mod itself is, but Halo Online is a core component in getting this to work.

You might as well link to emulators and bundle them with ROMs.

MS could easily just send a cease and desist order if they wanted the game to go away, but they haven't.
