I've completed the game on Heroic difficulty, and it took me 10-11 hours... admittedly I was a bit lost for the first hour or two, though, before I realised how to make use of the map and what clues there were in-game for finding the audio logs. I'm going back now to complete an Achievement and finish collecting the recordings (23/30 right now), and I will be replaying the campaign on Legendary difficulty, perhaps with a few Skulls turned on to liven things up. (Grunt's Birthday Party, yay!)

I've soloed in Firefight a couple of times and it looks interesting; I may or may not play online tonight.

I haven't even touched the Mythic disc with the new maps, and I feel that ODST is worth the money I spent. It might not be so for everyone, but it sure hits the spot for me.

I've only played the firefight mode and have so far played over an half and a half each match. It gets a bit tiring but I have really enjoyed it so far. We'll see how it goes in the next couple of months. I am happy that my friends put down the $60 for it and not me though

Gotten a few hours into campaign, and so far I have to say it's very fun! That said, it is still Halo, so it's nothing radically different to the previous ones, but the atmosphere really helps this game, as does the flashbacks wich in my opinion add a rather interesting touch to the story.

Spent a solid 8 hours on the campaign and beat it on normal difficulty, I can't say the length didn't disappoint me but the plot and the way it was structured were pretty awesome, the addition of firefight was pretty cool too, I'll need to give that a look eventually, and I also appreciated the inclusion of the Halo 3 multiplayer, something I've not played since lost interest and traded in my copy months back.

Did I say I loved it? It is better than halo 3 itself, no joke.
I agree with this, from what I played(school and sick gets in my way) it's way better then 3. Plus the maps for halo 3 is win since I really never bought them.

I've pretty much covered all aspects of the game now and I gotta say I'm happy I bought it. Playing the campaign and firefight with my friends has been a blast this past week. I've even managed to get just about all the achievements for the game. I'm only missing a few of the 200k firefight achievments.

The only downside is I can see is that I can imagine the firefight maps getting old after a while but hopefully DLC will fix that.
