It's just there were numerous events in CoD 4 I can remember that were great like defending the Warthog and Ghillies in the Mist, but the only part I found remotely fun in Halo 3 was the Scarab battles and that's it.

The thing is, CoD4 was fun for me on the first run-through but it got boring the second time... and I didn't even bother finishing it a third time. It's so scripted that it turns into Groundhog Day for me after two plays.

I've played the Halo 3 campaign over a half-dozen times, and each time had its own different challenges with the skulls, and the optional scoring system, and how co-op works, and exploring the maps. Others may not agree, but one of the things I enjoy a lot about the Halo series is the largely-unscripted combat that adds variety to replays.

Well my guess is they are going to continue making halo games until it doesn't make tons of money anymore (with the fanboys around it will probally be milked dry for a while).
I did dislike halo 3 a lot after playing it twice once normally and second time in co-op the only fun bit was the multiplayer, which is not what I buy a game for for the full price

They havent announced anything official to do with this rumoured game... Yet...

That some other company is one of the greatest RTS making companys and you should pay your respects because they have been axed by microsatan.
