You might throw up hearing the cure but, here it is: Drink lots of Gatorade and eat a lot of greasy food. So, go to the nearest convenient store and buy some Gatorade and make yourself some bacon or eat fast food for breakfast.

I believe coconut milk is recommended. In fact, anything isotonic, so Gatorade and energy drinks in general should work.
