There's a reason the Netherlands loves us, because we kicked kraut ass and took kraut names for freedom and democracy. We were fighting to stop Hitler way before the states was, and the Brits can thank us for making up the difference the RAF needed to stop the Luftwaffe at the Battle of Britain. D-Day, yes we only had one beach, but not only did we take it on time, but our landings and paratroops were so successful we actually had to pull back because the yanks couldn't keep up.

Not to mention that we won where the superpowers couldn't in World War 1 as well. Vimy Ridge, Passchendaele, and a couple others, we tore the Germans down then too.

Aside from how much the cause of democracy and Brits owe us, Canadians also invented penicillin, snowmobiles, zippers and a few other things that are important. I have no idea how one country did all this, I guess being an immigrant country has it's benefits.

Woah, slow down there... We had alot of different nationalities help the RAF, in turn we gave them refuge because their countries were occupied... And dont make us list the things you owe us Canada.

Emergency rooms are slow unless you're bleeding, but it's subsidized. You hear the odd horror story, but it's free. It all depends on if you want to see a doctor in a few hours if you're injured versus not being able to afford a doctor.

Yes, our meds are somewhat cheap, but it's all from taxes so it would make sense.

Weed laws actually still exist here, it's still more or less illegal but it's not really a priority and the police only really give a shit about harder stuff that can kill you, and whilst they do still bust grow ops it's only the REALLY big ones that get hit. Honestly, I saw my doctor on Thursday at 9:20am(booked the appointment wednesday at 4pm) for some eye problems, she got scared then booked me an optometrist for the same day, I had a very through 2 hour exam from 1pm to 3pm and none of it cost me a dime.
