(Obviously I'm talking about single player experience)
I think my love for cheat started way back then with game genie, where you could basically do almost anything with game, doing a complete playthrough of SMB 3 with only frog and whatnot.
Cheats were always something I loved, alwasy permitting to break the rules in games.
Like in most Elder scrolls I removed the tiredness to find the npc to sell stuff, I just add gold to myself and such.
In today's times, I feel like that most of the time I use cheat to mostly skip time sink.
Or game I would want to see the end without having to spend hundred of hours and playthrough (mostly rogue like here)
But with that I feel like removing those "time sink" its make the game sometimes way shorter and I became "burned" off game way quicker (become boring, no more "real" challenge and such)
So what are your view on cheats and did you had fun using those?
