A few times, though it really ranges from misty eyed to full on tears.
Episode 2, you all know where.
Mass Effect 1, on Illos, when you get to Virgil. Something or another about that whole scene (probably the music) just manages to get the waterworks.
Mass Effect 2, watching Shepard get spaced and the Normandy burn. Also, thinking a little too much on just how some of the characters' lives must be... it just gets depressing.
Bioshock 2, best ending.
Metroid Prime- after reading all the Chozo lore, it got a few tears.
And, purists might hate me for this... but the ending to The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. Say what you will about a cliche story/how it's an 'insult to the original', but the last game really showed how cliches can be done decent to well, and in terms of music and graphics, it was just beautiful. I got a little teary when Ignitus died, but when I made that final run through to the end, I lost it. Between the fake-out ending, the song, and the whole 'thanks to the fans' thing at the end, it became the only game to make me really cry, even if it was mostly the nostalgia factor.
