Just a random question...
Yes once.

The Strogg production line in Quake 4 (if you've played it you should know the bit), not sure why but it tapped into a particularly visceral part of my imigination and by the time the sequence had finished my head was spinning.

The room whirled round and round as I staggered to the toilet and puked, then collapsed in a heap until everything came back into focus.

It was weird, never happened before or since (although the bit with the eyes in Minority Report came close)

lol, no?!
I'd need something more than just visual input to make me barf, like the smell of vomit.

Closest a film came to making me me throw up is Slither...not a good film to watch whilst eating, its foul (and i've seen Ichi the Killer) although not a bad film though. but i actually did throw up in a cinema once: saw about 5 mins of 13 Ghosts and the alcohol i had consumed prior to entering the cinema caught up with me and i spent the rest of the film in the toilets. nice.

When I was six I went to watch Matilda at the cinema. Apparently I complained of feeling ill. Half way though the movie I stood up and vomited on the two people sat in front of me. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the movie or not.

I had a problem with my ears so I literally had no balance, could barely walk actually. Wii tennis nearly made me throw up, probably wasnt the best game to play.

Oddly enough, no. I did feel quite ill during the scene in Snakes on a Plane where the snake comes up out of the toilet and bites the guy in his special place, though. That was nasty. I do sometimes feel ill if I play a game for way too long, but I've never been reduced to actually vomiting. I suppose if I were forced to play a horrible game for a very extended period of time I might.

There was one movie I've seen which could have justified vomiting, though, and honestly, vomiting would probably have been the best way of expressing how I felt about it: Eragon. Leaving aside the fact that it's just a copy-paste job of Star Wars and LotR, it's still a horribly incompetently made film. The acting is mediocre, the special effects suck, and the film never stays in one place for more than about five minutes, resulting in no character development to speak of, and the plot being a nonsensical mess. It was horrible.
