I havn't damaged a controller since my SNES. Sadly my relic of history has seen a rather excessive ammount of damage.
I don't know how many times I've ended up hitting the poor thing when it crashes.
And the controllers... heh, my origional controller that came with the console has my 4-year old teethmarks on the upper right part... and the cord has electric tape my dad put on it because I chewed it up there too... darn Mario Bros. and their challenge to my childhood self.
Hell, some of them still drive me batty.
My other controller I must have thrown or banged against something because chunks are missing from its fragile plastic form. I blame Mario Kart and its 150cc mode.
The turbo function doesn't work either.
Mario taught me one thing, if anything... and its defenitly patience.
