Has anyone attempted an Epic Meal Time here?

Was just watching one of Epic Meal Time's vids and made me wonder how can it be done. Our University's students union are thinking of doing a fundraiser by making a supper serving Epic Meal Time food. We are discussing which one would bring the most food and customers.

I'm guessing the cost would be around $400 CAN and lots of bacon and some knowledge on how to deep-fry and baking.

Anyone can give pointers?

I tried one once. When I woke up in hospital the doctors told me I'd ruptured my entire digestive system and that I should in fact be dead.

Seriously though, it'll take some serious knowledge about properly cooking things, an at least a team of 3 people. Bear in mind that all of the EMT guys are professional chefs.

On topic...well it's a brave/cool thing to try,wouldn't know how to help you tho.But there are quite a few shows on the subject that can be found all-round interwebs,so just do your research well,maybe try copying one of the shows just to make it easier and...Best of luck!

I just prefer Regular Ordinary Swedish Meal Time. Never fails to make me laugh and some of the dishes he produces look amazing.


Plus the unbridled cooking rage is so very amusing.
