Doesn't surprise me. Those posts were probably made by the same retards who start flame wars on thier site. I say we stay above flame wars and remain a friendly site. That is one of the many reasons The Escapist is awesome and Gamespot is lame.

Alright, enough of that. Anyways, The Escapist does seem to attract less of the rampant fanboys that you see elsewhere. This probably has to do with the lack of top ten lists for people to fight over. Whenever you go to GS, there are all these lists of bestsellers and whatnot. I prefer being here, with Yahtzee.

I've been to Gamespot to look at some of their reviews of games, and not much else. Are you saying that attempting to foray into their forums would drastically shorten my lifespan?

after all, we do have Yahtzee, and there is no way that they can compete with that.

Plus, I stopped trusting them after the Kane and Lynch game. At first they gave it a bad score, but then the reviewer was fired and a newer, more positive review.
