Won't help. I think one of the first things which came out of the R18 talks after Atkinson got the arse was a pretty declarative statement about how anything already classified RC will not be reviewed.

It won't be reviewed but publishers will be free to resubmit previously RC titles under the new guidelines. It's a subtle but significant difference.

One of my mates tried to import it, and got fined about 300 bucks.

So yeah....Im definitely not trying.

Wow thats really unlucky, i managed to import the tournament edition through amazon and received it a couple of days ago.

I have also spoken to a few people that come into my work regularly that have imported it no worries.
Once the hype over the release dies down it will be easy to get without customs handing out the fines.

One of my friends successfully imported it. I have played it and let me tell you, the game is not worth the trouble. Frankly, it tries way too hard to be "hardcore violent" and we both thought it was kind of childish. May I recommend a good round of BlazBlue or Tekken 6? I must admit, they are a lot less embarrassing to have on the TV when you have company over.
