Has anyone on here been playing GoD Factory recently?

It's a space combat game that's recently hit kickstarter [http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/271033429/god-factory-wingmen-0] that I've gotten somewhat addicted to lately.

See, they're got an alpha version up for everyone to try, and it's shaping up really nicely. While I'm not bad in the cockpit (I can go toe to toe with the devs and survive most of the time), I'm still struggling to make a properly balanced ship x_x. The best I can do is just take one of the premade ships and just replace the abilities to better stuff (Teleport to base is way more useful than a standard forward teleport on the AR ships, IMO.)

So I got curious if anyone here has been playing lately.

(also if you've got an Oculus Rift, apparently it makes this game the shit. )

Being the lead game designer on it, I've been playing it quite a lot Don't underestimate the jaguar as an offensive weapon btw, it leaves distortion blasts behind when you use it, so if you teleport through the carrier you'll damage it as well.

I mean, I know not many people here are into space sims/space shooters, but still...

I wound up trying it out just the other day. 0_o If you know where to use it, you can warp right into the core room. If you have 3 people with the front teleport, you can just pop in there at any time and take two points of HP off their carrier without any warning whatsoever.

However, for now, I'm sticking with my "return to base" warp. It's far too useful to pass up.
