Ordered the game today, hope its worth it !
It is, but make sure you go in aware that the first 5 hours or so are all ass and grind. They're very boring, and you never leave the tiny opening area.

HOWEVER, get past that, and the whole place opens up to you, the weapons get far more interesting, the lands much bigger and the missions get much more varied. Great fun overall.

It starts around the time you leave Fyrestone. You'll know what that means when you play it.
Thanks for the heads up
Much appreciated =D

Seriously you know when you hear this music, shit is going DOWN.

Not really, I have a playlist on my iTunes dedicated to video games........CRAP. I just saw the bottom of the Morrowind splash screen above my post and immediately had the theme in my head... so I guess I was wrong. I try to forget about Morrowind, but ever since I've downloaded the main theme to my iTunes I can't listen to it without wanting to play it. The sign of a good theme to a good game.

Sorry, bit of a obvious one.
I'm gonna go and uhh... play a bit of Morrowind.

Uhh, brb.
Back to my main point, I tend to listen to certain types of music when playing certain types of games, rather than the other way around.

This will sound absurd, but "Open Your Arms" by Editors inspired to me to eventually play Half Life 2. I think it was because I had been listening to the song a lot while watching someone else play, so every time I listened to Editors, I started thinking about HL2

For some reason the Oblivion theme song reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean.

The Final Fantasy series has the best music in a game in my opinion, I will play a game purely if it says "music composed by Nobou Uematsu" on the back of the cover.

FF9 and 10 both have soundtracks that make me want to play them again.
Agreed. I loved FFX`s soundtrack way before I even played the game, and that´s one of the reasons why I eventually bought it. Also, Guilty Gear games have soundtracks that kinda make me wish I could find them somewhere.
Non-VGMs haven´t really inspired me to play anything. I guess I just don´t make the connection between the two.

Oddly, no. I have never been influenced by a song to play a game. Though that'll change if I ever get my grubby hands on a copy of Brutal Legend because it's the music more than anything else that makes me want to play this game.
