Well I'm pissed and desiring music of being upset and hateful to listen to. I just got an email from my ex saying not only is she not going to let me be around for my son's birth, but she's only planning on letting me see him for maybe a couple of hours a month. Not happy. Not happy at all.

So what music do you listen to that helps bring forward your hatred?

Right now I'm listening to Suicidal Tendencies, particularly "I'll Hate You Better" but my favorite is Nine Inch Nail's Broken CD, especially "Wish." Not only do I love that song, but it really lets me feel all that raw hatred that I let build up inside.

How about you?
honestly dude?
your ex sounds like a total *****
you could take her to court if you wanted to.
but anyways,
anything heavy metal when im angry
or even sometimes rap (depending on who it is)

Let's go down and kill Barney...
With a shotgun...BANG...Barney's on the floor...
No more stupid dinosaur."

I'm in a lose-lose situation. Either I follow by her rules like a good little boy on a leash and try to enjoy whatever she allows, or I take her to court costing me thousands of dollars I can't really afford and would be better spent on my son and still not be likely to get him because of how screwed up the court system is. Even if I proved how bad of a situation he's going to be in living with her, between her filth of a house, complete laziness, and alcoholic, pot-smoking father who is her baby-sitter, all that's going to do is have both my son and her daughter taken away from her. And I'm still unlikely to get my son.

Just wish I could figure out why she's so heartless. Not the person I thought I was dating for sure. And maybe things would be better off with her losing everything, but I'm not one to ever be able to do that to someone, especially someone I loved.

I like upbeat music, but I can't say I have been in a situation like this before. I wish good luck to you with your son and I hope you at least see him occasionally.

Remember to enjoy the time, no matter how small, with your son.
Wise words, my friend. I personally recommend this little ditty for cheering oneself up.

I can't believe no one has mentioned dope yet?

That might help, the whole thing about 'for what!' has made me look back on my life.

Metal, no way. Not hate-filled enough.

Rap, forget about it. Not even close.

Hardcore, don't even get me started.

If you want real hate-filled music in its purest form, you need to explore the musical genre known as POWER ELECTRONICS.

Whitehouse are the obvious choice, and have only gotten more extreme as they've progressed. Any albums of theirs from the mid 1990s onwards are great, especially "Mummy & Daddy" and "Cruise". In fact the early stuff is great too. Also Sutcliffe Jugend have some very worthwhile tracks, you may find their album "When Pornography Is No Longer Enough" to be of interest as its particularly brutal and may be just what you're looking for. There are several other bands in this genre but those are the best and arguably most extreme examples.

what? she doesn't have the power to deny you that. a court of law decides it, and they'd never give you that harsh a pay-out. If it's just her threatening you, tell her that if she wants to argue that, take it to an official venue, as long as you didn't mistreat her, they'll see no reason to be so vindictive.

she sounds like a right *****, though...
