Shadow of the Colossus's entire OST is epic.

This one in particular though is my favorite. I have fond memories of singing loudly along with the music and making up my own lyrics as I half-screamed at the colossi to stop shaking around like idiots.

I consider it THE theme of SotC.

Haunting? Nothing beats WoW's music for Karazhan in that case:
It's all a bit uplifting and happy, but you can hear the corruption oozing through in all it's disturbing glory. The perfect haunted mention theme.

The organ part is my favourite by the way, starts at 2:44. Still sends shivers down my spine.
