My friends have told me I'm weird for it, but I'll do exercise before I sleep. Of course it's not a ton since too much would just keep me up for hours. So usually just a couple sets of pushups/crunches or something to complement whatever else I've done in the day.

Well I recently developed a few new ones.
bicepcurls
play opening part to how to save a life on piano
listen to iPod
mumble/quietly sing (check out my sensitive side ladies)
fall asleep...wake up turn off iPod
sleep.

It's not weird its better for you than not, and it may tire you out so sleep is obtained quicker.

Use Bathroom
Remove most of Clothing, leaving only Boxers (All Temperatures, no exceptions)
Pull covers over to the right side of bed, covering edge
Lay out Blankets
Take of Glasses
Say same part of Prayer 10+ Times
Turn off Lamp (If already off, turn on then off)
Lay on side facing wall
Turn over, face down with head turned so that it's facing away from wall
Wait for sleep (Usually thinking of anything that Pops into my head until Sleep comes, as well as Talking to myself)

Pretty much that, with very little Variation

I usually read for quite a bit, either a book, or comics (proper comics, that are funny, like Rocky [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_%28comic_strip%29]), have gotten a bad habit of falling asleep before I can remember to switch of my light though >_>

I'd say mine but I'm sure there are guidelines against it >________>
