Have any game theme made you weep openly?

When I heard the ending theme of Persona 3, I felt almost spiritually cleansed, but not tears of emotion...

...Then I found the translated lyrics. Which the realization that this is a practically a love song for a friend who died for you....there I go again....

I wouldn't say any made me feel sad. I felt strong emotions after Mass Effect, but it didn't make me cry.

Mmm no, but then no song has ever made me cry. I do get goosebumps from a few though, like the ending of wind waker (or many of the other zeldas for that matter), and a lot of the shadow of the colossus soundtrack really gets under the skin with its epicness.

Well there are a lot of video game songs that stir up emotion in me, like a lot of Shadow of the Colossus, To Zanarkand from Final Fantasy X, and Celes' Theme from Final Fantasy VI.

But I think the only one to actually manage to make me cry is Aerith's Theme, from Final Fantasy VII. Especially the orchestrated versions. It's an incredibly beautiful song, but knowing the context just makes it absolutely... yeah... I know it's not the game theme (though it sometimes brings me to the brink of tears as well), but still.

No. The closest a game has ever come to making me cry was the ending of Red Dead Redemption, and that wasn't even close.

Mass affect 2 mad me emotional, but not crying. Alan Wake was sad too, but again, no crying. only 1 thing made me cry, and that was the ending to "Grand Torino"

A theme... kingdom hearts? just because after beating the two of them and chain of memories, idk, I feel connected to them... hearing simple and clean (slow version) brings tears to my eyes thinking of the end of kh1
