A few, yes. I wear circular glasses, which is very uncommon in my area (I can only think of maybe two others with similar glasses). I also have a birthmark on my lower lip. It looks like a thin vertical scar, right in the center. Lastly, people I know think my eyes are a weird color. They're blue, which isn't unheard of, but they're a shade that people often mistake for grey.

My right eye is higher up than my left eye. It used to be even more noticeable than it is now. But they're still in line, if you get what I mean, so people never notice unless I tell them.
I have this too, but it's both my eyes and ears, so my whole face looks a bit crooked. I recently got glasses and thankfully they were able to reshape the frames to diminish the appearance of it.

My ears are deformed, being much more pointed and narrow than normal. It doesn't affect my hearing in any way, I just get elf jokes tossed at me on a regular basis.

I actually kind of like it. Personally, I think they look cool.

Large forehead. I think I pull it off, but it's still a noticeable feature of mine. Guess it's down to my huge intellect ;)

Honestly I think I'm pretty normal in terms of my body. People often comment that the middle joints on my fingers are really wide and quite strange, quite a lot of people have said that, so it must be quite noticeable o_o
On that note, it seems a lot of people around where I live have really gross thumbs. Fortunately, I seem to be an exception.

Uh... I've got some serious bodily hair. Or... did. I've been manscaping for a while, now. My eyes seem to change colour depending on how far you are away from me. I arrived at this conclusion after people kept arguing over their colour. It seems that if you're quite a bit away from me (but still close enough to make out my eyes properly) they're brown. A bit closer and they're grey. Properly close, and they're green.

Seeing as I mainly see them in the mirror, and am thus fairly close when I see them, they seem to look like this shade to me:

Though mine have a really pronounced dark grey outline. When the bright light hits them, it looks like they're faintly glowing, which has creeped some people out.

Also, I have a slightly uneven rib cage, from when I was tied to a tree and beaten with heavy wooden stilts as a child.

Lucky! Me, I've got my left eye at the bottom of the lens, and my right eye at the top of the lens. Makes me look like a comic strip character,

As far as I'm aware I am the only British white guy with dreadlocks in my town. It disturbs me how often I get "Hey you're that guy with the dreads!" when I'm out.

I'm pretty boring in this sense but...

My pinkie fingers are very bent, like a good 30 degree angle off of straight.

And if I raise my eyebrows, my left one goes up way higher of my right one.
