It's murder any way you look at it, people disagreeing with each other on grand scales and announcing it doesn't make it anymore right or wrong. Whether it was done by another soldier using an assault rifle, sniper rifle, tank, knife, air strike or missile through a robot or not plays no factor in it.
I don't think humans killing eachother is a pretty thing. But it's human nature, humans will always wage war against each other. If you accept war as part of human nature, then all that can be discussed is how a war should be fought
As do I consider violence and conflict as parts of human nature. I may have seemed overly negative at war, but my point is that, in the end of the day, soldiers are still killing each other. They may do it with assault rifles from trenches, knives in the back area of barracks or from comfortable sofas and chairs while pressing buttons to order robots around. As long as non-combatants/civilians (and nukes) are kept out of it and surrendering kept as an option, it's something I think I could consider "legal" warfare. Fair it might not be, but isn't it the point of war to force the opponent into an unfair agreement?

Ontopic: BTW, what kinds of AIs do the three original laws actually reference to? The basic non-sentient kind which systems should be installed with safeguards that cannot be broken? Or the sentient kind which/who we should impose with a strict, unbreakable moral code?

PS. It's 5:11 here and I might be rambling so please excuse me if I sound illogical.
