My first girlfriend enjoyed biting. Although, I have a low threshold of pain, but I managed.
One of my best friends has a thing for really intense bites. Like, sick-nasty major bruise-inducing bites. She also really enjoys gore, so if you made her bleed from a bite she'd like it even more.
... Yeahhhhh.
As for trying-to-kill-me bites, I've never had those outside of my cat.

A few times. In a real fight, there are no rules. In soccer however, I'm pretty sure biting isn't allowed.
My dad and I have a reflex reaction that whenever someone holds something in front of our face unexpectedly, we bite it. Not hard, but we bite it.
So yeah, I've been bitten by my dad when giving directions, and bitten him in the same situation.

When I was very little, there was this incident, caught on video or with photos, I can't remember...
My sister and I were sitting by each other (she's about 3 years older than me). I leaned over to her, and everybody thought I was going to give her an adorable kiss. But instead I opened my mouth and bit her right on the nose! She still bothers me about to this day. To other observers, it was apparently side-splittingly hilarious.

None of this has ever happened to me. Well maybe a couple of times but I probably don't remember.
By a dog once, by a girl a couple of time and by a guy we where trying to drunkenly hogtie once.

Two characters in a certain game spontaneously inspired me to wonder if the human jaw is shaped right to wrap around a person's throat and strong enough to strangle them. It was the angriest moment of my life.
Never got close to it in real life, though. I do occasionally reflect and get the urge to bite someone, and testing on myself leads to me to suspect I could probably even do some damage, but I've never had occasion or inclination for scientific testing.
