Not really. I've expressed many times my horror and disaproval of how games still try to use women's bodies as shameless marketting material and never has the thought of T&A ever been enough of a justification to buy a video game.
Sometimes though, it can be a bonus, but that's all. The closest I can think of to games that I plan to buy where a female character has is a major (but by no means most important) factor would be Mass Effect 3 and Batman: Arkham City.
The former (Mass Effect 3) is because in addition to loving Mass Effect and wanting to see how to story ends and finally get closure with beloved characters, one thing that I really want to do is get closure on my fictional relationship with the fictional Ashley Williams. She was always my favorite girl in the series and I won't deny that I didn't leap with excitement when I saw she would be in the game as a full time squadmember.
Even then, while I was eager to return to the fictional romance, I didn't actually care that she was hot and sexed up (some may argue that it's too much so) I just cared that she wa back. My romance with Ashley is a major reason that I want Mass Effect 3 but it's not the sole reason I want to play that game.
Next up, Batman: Arkham City... oh Catwoman. Ever since I saw Batman Returns, I have been entranced. I was excited to know that she would be in the game as she was my favorite of Batman's love interests and because she was scalding hot. She's one of the few characters who I don't mind if she gets hyper sexualized because that's the point of her character and I look forward to seeing her fighting and flirting with Batman in the game.
But still, she alone isn't the only reason I want to get that game. Plus I'll still be sad if Killer Croc doesn't make SOME kind of appearance.
