I find it's easy for me to get into stories, and connect with characters. So when something sad happens, I can usually relate pretty easily to the character.
i hope you can also relate when good things happen my friend, i cry alot in happy movies, when a girl who dindt know her mom but just knew she wanted to sing finds her mom and they sing together i cry.

i dint cry at the end of figaros wedding though, maybe because it was a man and his mother and maybe because his father tried to get him to marry his mother, and the mother was one sip of wine away from stripping naked and wait in his bed.

but mainly i think it was the whole he was a man thing that ruined that sweet moment for me.

A few times, in my own subtle way.

Skin of evil (Star Trek episode) is the only one I can remember at the top of my head. I'm weird.

At the end of the "My Lunch" and "My Screw-up" episodes of Scrubs.

I didn't really cry, but still shed a tear or two.

Clicked this thinking it would be sex. But yes I have cried during films and books. Green Mile and goddamn Forrest Gump spring to mind immediately. I'm also slightly embarrassed to say that I cried when
Corbec
died in the Gaunt's Ghosts series.

Judge me.

And reading the guy above, yes Scrubs has made me cry a lot also.

Ok, I can't quite explain it, suffice to say it's something deeply psychological, but for some reason, whenever they kill off Superman (comics, movies, any media really...), I get all teary eyed, especially during the funeral depictions. He doesn't even have to actually die, they just have to lead you to assume that he is. Thats all it takes. It all started during his death run in 92, I was like 5, and I was devastated. Superman was my hero, and I didn't know that killing off heroes was a comic book gimmick at the time. I thought he was gone. I cried for a couple of days.

Anyway, I know it's weird. It's just an odd quirk that I've picked up over time.

Forest Gump nearly made me shed some eye water.

Edit: I also did cry in I Am Legend, everyone probably knows what bit.

Hmm... I can't think of a game that made me cry. But books have done it. I cried when:

Anaya and Mackeli die in Firstborn.

I even almost cried as I re-read it.
