It's tough when you're playing kids, anytime I play my youngest brother in anything regarding strategy I have to tone it down a shit ton otherwise I'll beat him before he even realizes what happened, which is just frustrating and he doesn't learn anything and I don't feel anything good about it.
How old is your younger brother? Mine is only a month younger than you are, according to your profile, I was playing Age of Empires 3 with him and a couple of his friends. Played against some bots, casual wins. I played against them and crushed them. Then when I played them again they did immensely better than the first match.

Which is how I feel whenever I play RTS multiplayer for the first time for each game. That first major loss really changes things.

Was playing the last of us ps4 mp and felt really bad when I obliterated the opposing team pretty much single handedly. To their credit not 1 of them rage quit.
Keep in mind there are 24 lives per team the final score was
Doodlecrazy (me)
downs: 23
executions: 21
deaths: 3

Thing is it wasnt the opposin team I felt bad for, it was my team cus they'd have got fuck all resources for their survivors.

I once beat my 5 years old cousin in a fighting game, to the point she was crying. And it was good!! No guilt!

Although there was this time me and another friend were playing SF4, then I beat her almost 13-0, then my sis told me she must feel pretty bad about it. So I gave my sis the controller, so maybe my sis would lose to her, but no, my sis won, and she doesn't even play SF. I kinda feel bad.

If Im playing with friends, and I win by too big of a margin, I feel bad that I can feel myself killing the game for the group. And I know that the next time I ask if anyone wants to play, the answers will be no. I know the feeling, because others in my group have done it with other titles.

But as it happens, its always a bit of a bummer to slowly realise that your friends arent going to play this with you again.

I feel bad when I absolutely destroy someone. I like a match, and unless you've had the beat down coming, ah, I don't like to just mop the floor with someone.

That's seriously why I stopped playing FPS multiplayer for a while. I got bored and was just killing dudes so much, I felt like I wasn't challenged by people anymore.

The only game I am merciless about getting a win is is Dark Souls when i'm invaded. I am out to kill you and get you out of my game. I don't want you here.

I won a game of MtG on a coin toss. I was doing a Gatecrash draft at my local game store and somehow made a stupidly quick UB aggro deck based around Call of the Nightwing ciphered onto an evasive creature like a Deathcult Rogue or a Nightveil Spectre. I got really far and on the last game for second or third place, I came up against a guy playing a WB which if I remember correctly operated a bit similarly to mine. We ended up on 1-1 and I had to go because it was getting late and my mum wanted me home. The shop owner decided that the game would be decided on a coin toss. We both agreed. I won the coin toss and got a few boosters. I felt really bad about winning on a coin toss so I offered him a booster pack, which he declined. Luckily he wasn't too bent out of shape about it.
