i fell really bad while skateboarding i got up nd broke my board in half with my hands

last year idk what came over me but my computer was going ungodly slow for some reason and i punched the screen

but i am a calm laid back person it takes A LOT to make me mad enough

Im a really relaxed guy, I like jokes about anything. Even about me. One day this kid started making fun of me in the locker room. I got really pissed becuase I had defended him when everyone was calling him a whimp. I picked him up and smashed him against a locker. I then made him kiss my shoe. He crawled away crying. I felt bad, but he deserved it for back stabbing me

Playing Soul Calibur 3 against the AI for me. Eventually gave the copy away so I wouldn't waste any more money on controllers.
THIS. Same thing happened in the Path of Hades in God of War 1...fucking glitches.

Yeah, and there always is some lad who wants to trigger that explosion and almost gets killed.
Oh no, I never get angry in public.
But if I did, people would die.
I assure you.
People would die.
I know, same case with me. One person in the street, or in the school yard doesn't count as public I think.

I have two types of angry, video game angry and real life angry. Video game angry occurs for me when I keep dying in cod or keep getting knocked out in ufc undisputed, I have actually roared at the tv, down the mic etc. I usually end up punching the crap out of my leg, I have a friend who takes cod WAY too seriously so I am a baby lamb compared to him.

Real life angry usually occurs in work, or hearing conservative christians talk bullshit, or fanboys. I just let that shit slide though, unless I am looking for a fight :D

I knew a dude in school who was fucking crazy violent sometimes, he broke his hand after he punched a wall when he failed german, he broke a huge expensive mirror because he punched it aswell. Funny stuff.

Umm, yeah I guess I used to have anger problems, one time some kid cracked me over the knuckles with a length of plastic, and I flipped, grabbed the plastic and attacked him with it, eventually it shattered and ended up slashing one of his arms up, needed stitches...

Fun times.

Or another time some kid kept whacking me in the back with a meter rule to which I told him to stop or I'd smack him round the head with a chair, carries on and I smack him round the face a few times with the rule, so he punches me and breaks his kuckle...lemon.

Basically I had anger problems and people would try to get me to flip out, eventually it stopped after I'd ended up flipping at anyone who tried.

well once a couple years ago my brother started constantly cursing at me for some reason i forget but probably no good one because he's an asshole. At first i tried to ignore it, but eventually i started getting really pissed off. I started shouting back so hard it made my throat horse. So naturally he ran into his room. I was really pissed though. So i took my dogs chew bone (it was the closest thing at hand) and hurled it at his door. The bone went through his wooden door which ahd two layers of wood.(I'm a pitcher in baseball but i think this is the hardest i've ever thrown something).we had to fix the door but still my brother acts the same way and i usually start a fist fight i won't win because es really strong now and 3 years older than me. In fact, we just had a fight 20 minutes ago because i was playing xbox (which i hadnt played all week because i was busy and i'd promised my friend we'd play) and i wnats to watch a movie when he could watch it on his computer. So i refuse to give up the xbox and he starts calling me a bad person and other horrible things , i hurl the controller at him we fight i lose and here i am now.

I remember one time I smashed a storewindow with a rock.
It was because they refused to give me my money back for a defunctional game. They claimed that "I had opened it, therefore the guarantee is NO MORE".

But that wasn't REAL ANGER, so I'll just creep back in my hole now.

I've nearly punched my dad before because he was being a belligerent, hypocritical, unreasonable dick-hole.

I have had to be dragged out of a couple of clubs before by 2 or more of my friends on 3 occasions due to women generally being whore-ish, and me attempting to fight the world to compensate my anguish with anger.

I don't get angry too often though.

Yeah, playing Shenmue 2, I'm fighting this one guy in a street fight who keeps using throwing moves to kick me out of the ring, even though he's not hard to beat. I finally manage to get him down to low health and he uses another throwing move. I land still inside the arena thankfully, but then the game itself decides to turn on me by pretty much saying "your close enough to the edge that we can throw you out." Next thing I see is my character falling out of the arena even though he was still inside. I felt like throwing my controller at the window.

Whenever I get angry, it is this type of anger.

I think it comes from changing all of my emotions in their infantile stage into a sort of delectable numbness.
But the by-product is anger, compounded by the fact that I bottle it up until I can't hold on to it anymore.

Fun times!
... Well, there is everything I was going to say.
Good thing I didn't have to type it out.
I am knackered.

I can't really remember any time I simply got THAT angry. But on the other hand, I get tantrums a lot, but those are only manifested with violence if I'm in a known environment and genuinely think the recipient deserve it. It happened a few times against bullies.

EDIT: When I do get angry, my endurance increases, but I don't really get more violent. This one time when I got pissed over something in gym class, I managed to run three times as far as I usually can without losing my breath.

The last time I ever got genuinely "angry" was about 4 years ago, in my junior year of high school. Haven't had an outburst like that since, thankfully.

I think I've gotten angry enough to thrown things while screaming twice, maybe three times in my life, and not since I was a pre-teen.
I get angry on a less dramatic scale more often than that, but it's not a raging sort of anger and it doesn't control me (usually).
