Punched one of my Gamecube controllers almost in half after attempting something in SSBM for the millionth time. Had a bit of a temper when I was a youngin'.

I broke a Gamecube controller when I was playin some game I cant remember once, tried something so many times that in the end I gave up and just slammed it onto the floor, big mistake

Nowadays though, I just go away from the game for a while

After an incident when i was trying to unwind the night before my AP chem and Ap calculus exams where I got stuck on a part of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 because I was playing on expert, I smacked my Northwest Falcon mach V pc which costs roughly as much as Belgium and it almost fell off my desk, luckily it was unharmed, but after that incident I hung a punching bag in my room in case of another incident. I also threw a book at my PS3 after a five year old interrupted a rather exceptional kill streak on Resistance.

When me and friends play Excite Truck, we throw the Wii Remote if we don't beat the high score.

But its not so much because we're angry as because it looks funny.

And we throw it onto our couch, which is very big, pillowy, and soft.

So no, I've never actually damaged something from nerd rage.

Except when my computer's motherboard fried. That was real nuclear apocalypse nerd rage. I was throwing toolboxes and kicking down doors. Scared the living crap out of my roommates.

not exsactly but i attempted to i guess, when i was young with my old school gameboy i threw it at my sofa and it lodged inbetween the cushins. gave me a chance to calm down and retry the game.

One of my friends threw his PS3 controller on the floor and it cracked.

But I'm a pretty level-headed person so no.

years ago while playing battlefield 1942 I smashed my keyboard quite hard and buttons were flying all over the room, took me 10 min of searching to find them all.
Broke a logitech g5 mouse by smashing it into the table a few times
lately for some reason I have the tendency to bit stuff when I get angry so my psp has some minor bitemarks in the screen.
Also thrown my 360 around a bit but none broken.
