I'm a guy. I like other guys. Put the two together.

Capthcha: How about that!

No shit.

I'm surprised on how common experimentation is, at least from this thread. I don't know if it's a gamer thing or not, but I never expected it to be this much of an occurrence. Ha, maybe there's hope for some of my "straight" friends.

A few, I'm sort of technically bisexual- I have a strong preference for women and am turned off by most aspects of masculinity, but not just by the fact that the other person is male, or by what they have in their trousers.
I'm engaged to a guy who identifies as more "in the middle" than male and is highly androgynous in appearance, so unless we one day decide to experiment with polygamy (a subject that has come up, but may not again- I'd be happy either way so it'd be down to him) my only future experiences will likely be same-sex.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Heard from a gay friend that a surprisingly high amount of straight guys had hit int him. And I noticed that my straight friends seem to keep a "don't overcomplicate things" policy.

Overall, I approve.

Gee, there are more people that did engage in a gay experience than I'd have thought.
As for my case, I've never been in a same-sex encounter, nor do I plan to. I like tits. However I respect whatever one might choose, as it is none of my business what other people do.

Well that's remarkably early ._.

Anyway OT: Nope. Going with the crowd of straight males who surprise surprise, don't find men attractive.

I kinda want to see the world from the perspective of a gay guy/woman, just to see what about it is so sexy.

Nope, the closest thing I have to a same sex experience is the man-crushs for certain actors like Cillian Murphy. (Though I do have a large list of them)

Then again, the once a year trip that I go to with friends from high school does have too many bromantic things occuring prety much consistently, but I don't think it counts because it never goes beyond the 'manly embrace' (at least for me it doesn't)

"Member" is a synonym for penis. Generally used as a more "politically correct" term, or apparently "romance" novels. I've never read one, but apparently the word penis ruins the feel of romance for some people.
I guess, which is why we have romantic and erotic terms like "raging schlong" and "tumescent sex rod". "Member" makes it sound like your dick is part of a cult.
Maybe.. I'm pretty sure that my husbands' "pink torpedo" worships me.

LOL, I just wanted to mark your post in my history.

Several, but found I enjoy women better, and the wife is thankful (occasionally though, Oh...some of those boys just give me the shimmies)

I blame all the hormones in modern fast foods and cheap processed foods for my early puberty :p

I'm more interested in how many homosexual individuals have had a 'straight' experience, I'll be honest. I find it funny how many times my gay friend has had girls 'jokingly' trying to lure him into bed and how very awkward he gets.

OT: Yeah, I'm a curious person so if I've ever wondered 'I wonder what it'd be like to do [x]' then I make a point of doing [x] on the next opportunity that presents itself.
My ultimate goal in life is to have sex with Johnny Depp so I can laugh at the legions of woman who faint every time he so much as sighs in a wistful way.

well, I am a girl and I did have some dates with girls, even had my first kiss with one. If you can call that homosexual experiances, well Id tend to do so even back then for them it wasnt like that. By now I am very sure that girls arent for me and I am glad I never tried to go any further

I'm primarily gay, myself; having had one 6-month relationship, one friends-with-benefits agreement, and one case of a straight guy "experimenting" (barely).

I'm not quite sure how I feel about girls. I can't really imagine myself having a sustained relationship with one any more, and yet the longest crush I ever had was on one. (On one? That sounds... uhrm, strange. "With one"? A crush "with" her? A crush... nevermind).

Yeah, once, after taking a bucket load of Es. A guy picked me up (basically saved me!) walking with no shoes into on coming traffic on a dual carriage way after I got booted from a rave. Turned out he was gay, it all sort of happened and I woke with him cuddling me on a mattress in his living room. Freaked out but quietly, the cuddling bit was the most uncomfortable bit, so gave him a false number, went home, cried, panicked, told my Mum, who was very cool, never done it since. Kind of clarified I am not gay but, you know, equally, the world didn't end.

Once made mistake of telling one of my mates, who I'd always considered wildly open minded, and he was really, really disgusted so I had to backtrack and say it was a wind up. That clarified how bigoted people can be; very odd, he'd never criticise someone who was gay or even not include them in any group, we know plenty of gay people who come out for beers with us, it simply wouldn't be an issue, but the moment it was a close friend he couldn't deal with it.
See I find that weird- My experience with MDMA/ecstasy is that I lose all ability to comprehend sex (much to the frustration of a former girlfriend of mine). I've kissed one of my friends a couple of times on it, but it was more because it didn't feel gay that we did it (there were no tongues, I should probably stress here). I honestly don't think I could ever sleep with a guy on it, but I'd probably end up hugging them for hours.

I did once, it was with a long time friend when we were in our last year at univerity. I had never questioned my sexual identity up to that point and even now I wouldn't really identify myself as bisexual. I find other women asthetically pleasing and the fact I grew up in a household with a very conservative mindset made the whole thing feel exciting and naughty, like I was breaking the rules, but I don't feel the same purely sexual attraction to other women that I feel towards men.

That said it was a very eye opening experience and quite enjoyable. I am confident I know what I want from a relationship and that I want a relationship with a man, there is something about the emotional dynamic between a man and a woman that really makes a relationship what is it (I'm only speaking for myself here). That said, being single I wouldn't be oposed to repeating the experience with the right person.

The friend with whom I shared that experience decided a short while afterwards that she was in fact gay and was far happier in herself having discovered that. While nothing else happened between us (obviously) we have remained very close friends and we both regard it as something very special we shared.

Addition - Having read that back to myself and considering how I have never shared any of that before I'm suddenly quite taken aback that I just did :)

I'm not sure I even know that many gay guys, or at least know if any of the people I know are gay. In any case, the answer's no.

Well... there was that time in that gay bar where that deaf guy humped my leg. Does that count?

Okay, context time. I was with one of my friends, and we were walking around the Ybor area during Gasparilla. For those unaware, Gasparilla is a yearly pirate festival that happens in Florida. Fun times.

Anyways, she has alot of gay friends, so she wanted to go see some of them that night. We ended up going to a few gay bars to see her friends. Not gay myself, but I didn't have an issue. In one of the bars, we met two of her friends, a deaf gay couple. One of them was one of those over-the-top guys, and he (jokingly) humped my leg. His partner was apologetic, but I thought it was funny, too.

And... that's about it.
