Have you ever just finished a game from start to finish in one sitting?

Halo 3, Half Life 2 Episode 1, some form of Baldur's Gate with a friend, Resident Evil 2,3,4, Goldeneye 007, and countless NES and SNES games. The Resident Evil ones are a bit of an undertaking for sure.

I'm really sad to say that when I was 15 I did this with the later Harry Potter books when they first came out. In terms of video games, I only did that with Portal and with Radical Dreamers. With any game that's many hours long I prefer to play through them at a slower pace. Maybe a few 2 or 3 hours sessions to complete a shorter game. Longer term games like JRPGs I play over an even more extended period of time and not just because of the inherent length of the games. I usually play with 1 or 2 good 5 or 6 hour sessions a week. It makes the game last.

Firewarrior on the PS2 - finished that in a single barrage of mayhem.

Assuming you don't count bathroom breaks, and having to stop for food, Killzone 2 - got it home yesterday, started it up at 1:30pm, finished at 9:00pm. That did have breaks, as I said, so count or discount as you like.

KOTOR 1 & 2
Crysis
Left 4 Dead
Half-Life 2
Guitar Hero: World Tour

I tend not to do it as much as I used to because, if I finish it in one sitting I don't get as much enjoyment out of the game. I like forcing myself off the game for a while and then spending the whole time thinking about what's gonna happen next, makes the game better when I get back.

Not from start to finish, but I once played Twilight Princess from 10pm - 6am, and finished it. It was one of those "It's that time already?" moments that you only experience with the best games. And football manager sims.

Metroid Zero Mission... not hard considering you can speedrun it in half an hour (though I myself need at least 50 minutes, I just can't survive Mother Brain's donuts without the screw attack >.<))

i don't like completing games in one go. i prefer to make it last so the excitement of wondering what's going to happen next will last, too.

Just yesterday me and my friends played Halo 3's Legendary campaign in one sitting. It was a lot of fun, who knows how many alien/flood skulls were crushed under our hailstorm of bullets?

I don't know if this counts, because you were required to play it all in one sitting, though it is still long, but I played Starfox 64 all the way through in one sitting. I also played Call of Duty 4, both Star Wars Battlefront games, and Star Wars: Jedi Academy all the way through in one sitting. There might be some others, but I forget.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin. They're so incredibly easy, unlike OoE.
I have all of them, but oddly enough, I've only finished OoE...Its easier when you know where the fuck to go.

Games I've finished in one sitting...hmmm...yeah...I did beat the XBLA game "The Maw" in one sitting, if getting up to get some food doesn't count against me.
