I do consider myself to be more mature than most people my age (19). I'm always trying to make sure I spend a good chunk of my time doing productive stuff. I'm in college, yet I don't get hammered on a regular basis, and I try to save money whenever I can (although that can be attributed to me being a cheap bastard more than anything.)

I'm a 29 year old with the sense of humour of 15 year old schoolboy, and don't plan on ever changing.

Life is more fun when you can act silly sometimes without shame.

I'm a teenager, I have a lot of childish thoughts and habits (like constantly picking at things), but I usually carry myself in a serious, mature mannor.

But I still have to laugh at dick jokes.

I am a 20 year old man child.

I act mature around family and athourity figures and act slightly less mature around friends.

Needless to say it's causing a bit of an internal identity crises.

Pah, who needs a childhood anyway...
No one uses that many ellipses and acts like a grown up.

I only act mature when I have to. Y'know, for various uni things, when I have to babysit my cousins, and whenever I want to annoy people younger than myself.

I'm still very easily amused and almost psychotically optimistic, mind.

Sorry, I fail to understand you here.
Are you saying I am not acting grown up, but that I am grown up?
I don't know what to say.
Thankyou, perhaps.
Guten Nacht.

I just turned 25 today and I can still act like I'm 8. When the time calls, the adult persona does pretty well for me, though thankfully, I work at a place that doesn't take itself too seriously and all my friends can be just as immature as I.

lifes short but dammit if Im not gonna enjoy my self and sometimes it takes being a bit childish to have some fun and not a damn things gonna change that if I can help it. I mean sure I'll be responsible and mature when I need to be but you can count your self sure I'll let loose every now and then and on a similar note I won't be the old dude rotting away in a nursing home. Im gonna be the cool old guy that smokes weed on the corner with the "young folks" and maybe buys them cigerettes or playboys and thier will be a smile on my face when I go to see God cause I'll have lived a damn good life

I think that I never really will grow up entirely.

Take on responsibilities more and more in my life, yes. But overall I would think that my subconcious will always be childish and will always be a bit younger than I am. Not that I consider that a bad thing, though. I think it keeps me from being a killjoy and always finding humor in something. I consider it to be a good trait of mine.

I try to stay a bit childish at times. Keep your inner child it's a good companion.

I strongly believe the reason I am going into the teaching profession and working with the age range I am (Primary 4-11 year olds) is because I am still a kid at heart. By working in this field I get to retain that childish part of me and harness it whenever I need to.

I'm 13, so no - I've not grown up yet. I have a very childish attitude towards some things, however I have a reasonably mature view on others. My lack of knowledge in certain areas have made me seem childish as well.

I am very relaxed and take very little seriously. I don't see the point of getting worked up over things. I don't want a job where I earn a lot of money, I want a job I enjoy. The day I am serious more than I am chilled I'll know I've become and office zombie and I will jump off a bridge.

I honestly describe myself as a man-child. HALF-MAN, HALF-CHILD! The utter silliness of a boy, but the awesome horniness of a man! Oh wait... that's adolescence. Never mind!

OT: I matured since i had an epiphany, that and i found out that my life expactancy was 43 so i had a major change of lifestyle the rest of the time i tend to jump people from roofs (yes i know its dangerous but its fun)

Still a kid at heart but the world really is trying to beat it out of me, with some success sadly.
