Have you ever seen a ghost?

now that you mention it, i HAVE watched flocks of birds fly past a window, only for them to seemingly vanish and never fly by the next window, not ghost i know but its the best i got

ACTUALLY...being somebody who has studied the supernatual and paranormal for years, I can honestly say I saw a full bodied apperition only once. But I can tell you one thing that is the absolute truth and any body who says otherwise either has not done their research or experianced it to know enough about it. The spiritual realm is real, gleaning truth about it's inhabitents however is a difficult and scary process.

The closest thing to a Ghost I've ever seen was when I was taking a walk with one of my mates. For whatever reason, some bloke had decided to go for a walk in the bushland outside his house - in a Suit of all things.

Only saw him for a few seconds mind you, and when I turned around to look for him again he'd vanished. Pretty tall fellow too from what I could glimpse.... Having said that, there's no reason to think he was a Ghost or anything - more likely a hitman.

Maybe it was the slender man 0_o

Once. My dad is a weirdo like you wouldn't believe. Every house he's ever bought, he's made sure was rumored to be haunted. I've lived in houses people were murdered in. He loves the stuff. Anyway, once when I was a kid, I saw a hooded figure in my room as plain as I see another human being in the day. It scared the shit out of me.

While not 'seeing' in the other houses I've lived I've heard people talking, footsteps, and felt cold spots. He wanted to live in my dead grandmothers house, and we even stayed for a few days, and the room I slept in had this doll. I could not sleep willingly, I had to fall asleep from exhaustion.

I saw a Ghost before. His energy ran out and he uncloaked. Oh THAT ghost.
OT: I'm never going to a cemetery again after what I saw as a kid. I touched the oldest, most eroded grave and saw a black silhouette and nothing else.

idk if it was a ghost or just something else but i have see n alot of...odd things. heard plenty of noises in empty houses that sound like voices and footsteps but like i said idk if it was a ghost or just noises.

Kind of. I used to see... things out of the corner of my eye when I was younger. I would be sitting in the living room or something and I would see what looks like the outline of a person out of the corner of my eye. I would assume it was the mailman or something like that (my house is far back from the road, and mailmen have to drive to our door to drop off packages). Strange thing is, both of my siblings saw stuff like this too... I also occasionally hear what sounds like voices, though I think this is just me. Though I think personally think that this stuff are either angels watching over me or demons fraking with me.

You should probably get a straightjacket.

Although I have never seen one myself Ive heard stories from people I know that make me think that there might be something to ghost stories.

Speaking of those stories here is one.

My friend was asleep and dreaming and in his dream he sees the devil holding the world in his hand. He wakes up shaking. Later that day still thinking about it he goes naww that was just a dream and laughs it off when all of a sudden a little boy walks up to him and says "Why are you laughing you know I am real."

Let's just say that my friend went to church the following Sunday.

An old lady died in my house a few years before. Me and my brother both saw a figure at the end of out bedroom. (We were young so we had a bunk bed) Neither of us knew we were awake, but we both saw the same thing apparently. A shaded figure appeared and jumped midair, disappearing. We also hear footsteps and doors slamming. (Our house is old so we can hear floorboards creeping in the middle of the night)

Oh I get the floorboards thing too, especially since our landing isn't carpeted. The hot water pipes make the wood expand. At first it was creepy but after 13 or so years you get used to it.

Sometimes i see a shadow or figure, like when i go to walk into the computer room, it looks like there's somebody sitting at my chair through the door hinge , but as i walk past the door and into the room, it's empty. Likewise, sometimes i'm sitting somewhere and it looks or feels like someone is standing right beside me and staring directly at me, so i turn my head to check and there's no-one there. It's a little discomforting, but i certainly don't believe in ghosts or the supernatural. Most of us see something in the corner of our eye now and then that isn't really there anyways, it's just our mind playing tricks on us.

I saw a "ghost" at the end of my bed when I was 5.

I wonder if anyone notices the pattern that we were at lest the age of 7 or lower when we saw these things?
