I find it weird that people are totally cool with people wearing sports gear or band t-shirts everywhere they go and no one finds that expression of fandom obsessive or creepy, but a friend of mine wears a Star Trek t-shirt and then all of a sudden everyone's like, "LOL YOU KNOW YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO GO INTO SPACE, RIGHT?"

I like to counter that by telling people to take off their rugby shirt, since they're never going to play for Australia.

Well since I look like him I was Leon from Resident Evil 4 for Halloween. Luckily his jacket works as a fine winter coat.

I hear tell people wear replicas of various spots team uniforms. I believe they count as costumes. I mean, support would be wearing a t-shirt with the logo on; a costume is where you dress up in to look like something. By wearing a replica of such a uniform they are trying to look like part of the team when they actually aren?t.

I don't think that argument works; unless they also wear the pants, pads and helmet around too.

Well, being Batman, I have to wear a costume to my night shift, which is pretty much every day, so yeah.

Seriously though, I have not. In fact, I have not worn many costumes.

Occasionally I wear knee high six inch boots (normally reserved for costumes). I think that counts. And sometimes, I can be caught in a short plaid skirt and white button up top. Or the same skirt, but in leather (leather smells so good...)
