Have you fired or swung a weapon?

So there will be those of you who own a gun yourselves so just say what kind of gun, but how many have swung a sword or mace (not necessarily at someone) or whatever or fired an arrow at ye ol' target?
I myself used to play with a Spanish dagger (none was harmed and secretly) and fire arrows with a bow bought for me(again none harm).

Closest I've come to a gun is paintball and BB guns.

I've done archery, albeit in wussy 'holiday camp' style.

One time I decimated a mannequin with a replica medieval sword at some re-enactment at a local castle years ago. They said I couldn't do it, that the sword was too heavy. I showed them.

EDIT: Oh and ive held a sawn off shotgun at my dads place, it was loaded, lucky for me he still has some sense of parenting.
EDIT 2: Oh! And a katana me and my 'pa found on the side of the road! It was god damn sharp. Allthough social services deemed my father unfit to have a child when they found it.

I've fired several different pistols. Honestly shooting at targets is very relaxing.

I'm an Archery and Rifle Instructor. So yes, yes I have. I've also substituted a 'cello spike as a (fairly effective) weapon when some asshole jumped me from behind on the way home from school once. And then I legged it home, (about 300m up the road)

*sigh* closest i've come to a weapon are my water guns and a plastic rifle that used to shoot rubber bullets (bloody painful ones after i enhanced them though)
