Not nearly enough, but enough to want a snowmobile, just in case.
I have two snow cats to get to the tops of some of the mountains during the winter. Not that I have needed them this year. It seems that when everyone else if having a fairly extreme winter the west cost of the US is having a very mild winter.
I did not know it snowed on the west coast. Not even a hint of a joke in there either. I'd love to have a snowmobile, I wouldn't be able to get enough of it.

Yes quite a bit of snow and a stupid amount of ice. On christmas eve my boyfriend decided it was a good idea to go to morrisons at half 7 in the morning to get food. There was a rediculous amount of black ice on the pavement and road, it wasn't fun getting to the super market.

I've had average snow... About 5 inches, an inch melts, the next day it snows another inch and that melts also. A bit of ice here and there, and its 20 degrees mostly (until it melts, then the sun's rays and 30 degrees temp. does that).

We have had 147" in the mountains at Salt Lake City, and a few good powder days. All the resorts need a deeper base though, I'm scared to bring out my new skis. We currently have an inch or two in town, but we'll get plenty in February.

If you follow the line of latitude that runs through the North of Maine. It then goes through Canada, and eventually trough the middle of Washington state. We are actually fairly far north here.

It usually snows a bit. The west coast does get only a bit of snow, but once you get towards the mountains there is usually a crap ton. So far this year next to nothing. And only one snowfall that didn't stick at sea level. Last year we had several feet of snow at sea level in places, So much feel in the space of two days that I couldn't actually drive my truck around, not cause it was slick - cause it was too deep.

Hasn't snowed yet, we're half expecting it to snow tonight sometime.

But in all likeliness it'll probably melt by morning if it does.

This is Punctuation. It's really fun to use. Also, it's spelled 'you', not 'u'. Capital letters make sentences pretty. Have fun.

OT: We had snowfall just before Christmas, which promptly froze into an impenetrable and treacherous layer that didn't melt until..about three days ago. Then some more fell. So yes, we had quite a lot of snow, but it was pretty useless.

I don't know how much it's in other countries, so I can't compare, but yeah, there's a lot of snow. I can't remember a winter when there has been more snow than this year.

Absolutely no snow whatsoever.

About a metric fuck-tonne of ice, though.

Don't know where you are in Norway but I heard North Norway didn't get much snow or got it realy late.

I have 1 inch of snow in Northampton England and my school still closed because England is shite and need to grow balls. However the weather is good because you know that it is going to be... shite.

we've had an insane amount of snow this year. i don't know the measurements, but i'd be surprised if many places in england have had worse.

EDIT: i live in the NE, near the border

I'm surprised to see so many of you went out and did something in the snow (igloos, snowmen, snowball fights). I didn't think anyone did anything like that anymore. Good for you!

We've been getting snow off and on. Little more than six inches each week. All I've done is shovel the sidewalks and parking spaces around town. It's very pretty. I just wish a snowball fight would break out or something when I'm out and about.

About a foot and 5 feet if you count all the snow in a yearly sum.

But in one storm back about 2 weeks ago, we got 10 inches.
