I have Sonic's Emerald Hill Zone as my ring tone and the get continued as a text alert.

My phone is always on vibrate though, so pretty pointless.

I usually either have Cid's theme from FFVII because it's one of the best themes from any game ever or Tank! the opening theme to cowboy bebop.
I really should get some FFIX music on my phone because that game has some of the best music of the series, and possibly any game ever.
Oh and I have had some music from silent hill 1,2&3 but it took one drunk call from a friend in the middle of the night to realise that waking up to a silent hill theme can be creepy, especially when you associate it with the creepiness of silent hill and it starts to mingle with your dreams
