Having Children...yes or no?

Yeah when I'm older, I have some growing up to do yet.

Problem is I don't like small kids, too bloody cheery all the time, that or bawling their eyes out.

I get on well with children up until they get to around about 13-14 years old an maturity starts to drpo and they become a pain in the ass. Meh, what else is new there.

I don't know about kids. I guess yes but not for some time yet. I would only have 2 max and most definately not twins. My brothers (twins) have already put me through enough hell for about a decade. I don't need it anymore.

Me I wouldnt be able to surrport a child with my current income and I live at my mums lol. I'd like to have kid/kids at some point more to do with the girl I settle down with weather she wants them or not.

I'm definitely having kids someday. I want to accomplish things before I have them though. Also have to be settled down and financially stable with my boyfriend. He wants a bastard child though, so we're going to have one before we get married no doubt.

Most kids annoy me when I'm around them, but I'm fairly sure I would ignore that facet of childish behavior with my own children. Not to mention that my partner would be doing most of the raising.

What the hell, I could have 11 children and as long as I can manage it financially, I'd even probably enjoy having them around. Gotta spread my family name and gotta train them to continue my work. My family grew up in a low-medium income environment and I dug myself out of that hole; I'd love to raise my own children in a better environment and give them even greater potential, and pass along my own love for knowledge and finance.

So whats your additude toward having kids, or just kids in general, like most people do you want to have kids in the future or would you rather not

For me I can't see myself having kids anytime soon or mabye even ever, but then again its impossible to tell what I'll want/be like in the futre , but right now the thourght of having kids is just......No way

Also do you see the attitudes some people have, that not having kids is somhow selfish? I actually think having kids is much more selfish than not having them (If you want to look at it that way I mean, nothing wrong with having kids) If you were truly unselfish about it then you would adopt , then again mabye this attitude isn;t as common

Reproduction is selfish in the sense that genes are selfish, wanting copies of themselves to survive downstream; however, the many many acts of raising children are the most exhausting labor you'll complete in your life . . . and I say that as a guy who once opened a upscale from scratch Italian restaurant . . . ANYWAYS, whether or not the initial act of procreation is selfish, won't change the selflessness you'll need to complete the job

When I have the financial means and care about the right woman enough, I think I want two. Maybe foster or adopt a third. I've always loved kids and can't wait to be in an appropriate situation to have a son or daughter.

I absolutely do not want kids of any kind, period. I hate babies, i hate children, i hate that whole puberty phase they go through. I have zero desire to procreate, i do not want that responsibility or money drain and i cannot see the supposed 'joy' in having another mouth to feed. A loud, irritating disgusting mouth that wails like a siren and makes a mess. No thanks.

However, i wouldn't consider a vasectomy ( the idea is just too abhorrent to me ) though it's not like it's a burning issue for me anyway - i'm not exactly sexually active and i'm only 20. Got a ways to go yet before i (if?) "settle down" with someone who will inevitably pressure me to make a lovechild in her belly.
