Heard of this?

Yet again, I'm enlisting the help of my fellow Escapists to find some half-remembered thing from my childhood. Well, from my teen years at least.

The thing in question is a comic, or graphic novel I suppose. It was a four part (I think) series about a bunch of short little forest elves who ride wolves and wind up going on some big journey for reasons I forget. Also, there was a lot of fucking.

Can anyone tell me (or at least hazard a guess as to) what I'm thinking of?
