I had to work months of dailies to get where my gold is, definitely can't take this risk. I just hope it's not replacing the regular tavern brawl when it comes out.
You'd think so, but you'd be wrong. While aggro Shaman is definitely weaker, midrange (which was already the strongest variant) is actually better than ever. Shaman has enough good cards that they don't feel the absence of Tuskarr Totemic. Also, the nerf to Rockbiter is felt a lot more in aggro than in midrange since Lightning Bolt is a completely viable replacement. Rockbiter was an issue because it was combo'd with Doomhammer which while important to aggro is not a big deal to midrange. Meanwhile, midrange Shaman's best counter in the form of Yogg Druid received the biggest nerf. Several pros called this before the nerfs were even live and now more and more are coming to the realization. The patch helped with the feeling of shitty losses to Yogg and Tuskarr, but it made Shaman even more dominant.
