My mother... Ooooooooh!
Nah probably the Victorian-style stove we have in the Kitchen. It's huge but I have no idea how much it weighs.

Just general things?

Probably the safe.

No, wait! The solid granite worktop in the kitchen.

My Portable hard drive. It has the equivalent of like 1000 novels of paper stored in it- you know how heavy that is?

So, because of conservation of mass, I presume that my hard drive is also as heavy as 1000 novels worth of paper.

Your mum.

It's probably my bed, but I wouldn't want to check.
I'm waiting for someone equally clever but also immensely self-loathing to say themselves.

On topic:
My dresser, probably.
It's heavy to lift, but not really that heavy either. Not a lot of heavy stuff here.

In my house?

The house, excluding the outer layer of bricks and roof tiles.

That counts right?

I can't believe I actually tested this. I am probably the only person mad enough to try to move furniture at 11 PM.

I think it's a tie between my aquarium and my stove.
xD
Can't believe you actually did that, and yes you are probably one of the few crazy to start trying to move stuff in the middle of the night due to a topic in a forum :)

who makes a thread just to brag about their 1000kg table mahogany dinner table
Sorry...
I was just playing yesterday and that reminded me of how a pain in the ass it was to put together with 5 people and then I starting searching for topics to write in and the thought about how heavy stuff other people got came to mind.
Didn't exactly think about it as bragging at the time but I can see how you got that thought...

Althou I don't like you refering to it as a dinner table  (*sarcasm*)

our vehicles?

Ounce for ounce. Llanite. Or some other rocks I've acquired from my study of geology.

A entrainment stand that I dropped on my toe once. I had to make a hole in my toenail with a box cutter to release all the blood that was swelling in my toe. The most excruciating thing I have ever had to do in my life.

I think the heaviest thing in my apartment is me.

Honestly I don't have all that much stuff here. I only have a mini-fridge, and I don't think my washer weighs all that much either.

Funny question. I really want to say something clever that makes people go "ohh I didn't think of that", but I can't.
It probably is the washing machine, since it has a block of concrete at its base.

Generally speaking it's probably the water heater. At any moment it holds approximately 340 lbs of water plus heating apparatus and various sensor systems and sufficient material to both insulate the water from the outside world and to contain a few dozen PSI worth of pressure. Total weight almost certainly exceeds 500 lbs. Anything heavier wouldn't seem to count as an object in the place so much as a part of the place (my cabinets for example won't move easily for reasons beyond their mass). My refrigerator was relatively easy to put into place as myself and a few friends managed it without trouble. Even when stocked, there is perhaps a half dozen bottles of water, roughly the same quantity of soda (generally Mountain Dew or Ginger Ale), small quantities of perishable food stuffs (cheese for example) and a few frozen items along with a few trays of ice cubes. Normally, if I cook a real meal, I go to the store and purchase exactly what is necessary for the job.
