Heavy Rain DLC... Where the hell is it?

Heavy Rain has been out for a while now but I'm a little confused on the whereabout's of the Taxidermist DLC. It says on the wikipedia article that the DLC was scheduled for release on the 4th of this month (for Europe anyway, not to sure about the ROW), but for some reason it hasn't arrived yet. I am aware there were some audio issues with it and people who pre-ordered it were advised not to download it before it was made public.

So, has anyone here actually got it? And, if anyone can shed some light on this situation, It would be much appreciated.

it's pretty simply friend, they hate the UK, which is strange since they a re a UK company..but they also hate the rest of the world, seeing as how UK always gets shafted for games, but not even the US has it yet. and game companies like us better, so we should have gotten it on time. =P

they pry pushed it back without telling the entire world.

((btw, this is my buddy, and he agrees that UK gets shafted so game companies must like US better, it wasn't ment to start a flame war or nothin' just an inside joke))
