Hellboy. what did you think of it?

I have a low budget when it comes to things like going to the cinema.
I'd like to know whether it's an instant classic and I should count out all my pennys to see it or if it left you disapointed and I should give it a miss?

Ehh, it was ok, I guess. I liked the first one better. It was visually beautiful and amazing at times. But the plot is kinda boring and predictable. It's not Del Toro's best work.

Yes. Yes it is.

I thought the film was good. Not to the same standard of awesomeness as The Dark Knight (which if you haven't seen I recommend that instead) but I'd say it is definitely worth seeing, even if it is just for the scene where Hellboy and Abe are smashed and singing along to love ballads.

It was good. It's not really one of those "must-see in the theater" type movies, though, so if you'd rather wait for the dvd that's fine. The story was ok, and the visuals were incredible. So I don't think you'll regret going to see it.
