Glad to be on these forums btw, I found the Escapist thanks to Yathzee, and it seems there are some interesting discussions on these boards too (I've started reading you)!

one thing you ought to know, the mods are a bit touchy, so avoid posts without much flesh to 'em. so try to stretch out your words when you don't have much to say, i'm on the verge of being banned because of this.

The Escapist has higher brow boards than most for some reason, though /b/ and the Newgrounds bbs is always available to serve people with different tastes.

I don't think so, you said some useful. As far as I know "Low Content" also refers to content (meaningfulness) of your post, not only the quantity (wordcounts).

Hello there, nice to meet you too. There isn't an introduction thread here, I believe. The majority seems just to register here (mostly because of Yatzhee) and start trolling or contributing to the threads one specifically like.
So one way of finding out more about your Escapist Userbase are threads like this: The Escapists' Userbase
Anyway If you need help feel free to ask, most of us are polite enough to at least insult you adequately after helping you out. Enjoy.

As for the rules and the mods, they aren't that bad. I can say that I don't know them inside and out, but have avoided even a warning and I've been here for over a year. Just avoid posts under a sentence, don't post "FIRST" even in an actual comment, and don't flame or troll and you SHOULD be okay. And Spartxn, you might want to edit that first post. Seriously.

Well thats alittle strange. I guess we'll see how long I last here. Was kinda hoping to find a nice place where I can just chill and post random crap about other random crap. Someplace aside from youtube, where nobody pays attention to me. Thanks for the heads up guys.
