Zerg nydus canal - think meat tunnel, like a meat roll with a hole in the middle
Hearts(health) - could be actual hearts...
Little villagers - black and white...
You could make a cell out of frozen salmon splinters either that or eat a solid(at room temperature) snake
Dink Smallwood duck - look it up
Sandworm with spices - because it must flow
Squigs? - WH 40k
Red souls of the fallen
Molerat meat with a side of irradiated water

Cacodaemon delight - doom 1/2
Distilled XP - like an energy drink.

grr...if u say I get cake, I WANT CAKE!!! Yeah, I get the reference...I still want cake and, no, I'm not a fat kid. Moving on, what about something with mushrooms? You could dip them in food coloring. What about making the Cake look like the classic Nintendo controller using M&Ms and twizzlers? Other than that, I dunno...I'll have to think about it and come back later.

This is actually a pretty good idea, make some kebab and call it Iguana on a stick and serve it with some kind of black tea or something under the name "Nuka Cola"
