So just a quick question:
I'm using now the sorcerer staff that i started with and when i picked up the bone staff i found that it has a D scaling in magic and C i think in dark which means that for someone who in the early levels have no use for me.

Should i just be upgrading sorcerer staff to maybe +5 or +6 "when i get the shards" and then wait for something else or just this is the only staff for sorcery?
There are a few staves that you can get right now that are better than the sorcerer's staff.

In Huntsman's Copse you can get a Lizard Staff as a drop from the necromancers (it was an A scaling with magic), but whether or not you get it will depend on your luck since it's a pretty rare drop. Might as well try for it though since it is one of the better staves in the game.

If you can get 8 faith and 8 int then you can get Felkin to talk to you (he's the guy before huntsman's copse who talks about dark). He sells the Archdrake staff. It's better than the sorcerer staff, but it's still not that great (B scaling).

You can get the Witchtree staff from The Pit. Good staff for dark, mediocre for magic, but it has the highest casting speed of all the staves.

If you don't care about hexes than I'd say the best course of action is to kill Felkin and he'll drop the Sunset Staff. It has A scaling in magic and S in dark, and is one of the best staves in the game. If you can't get the Lizard Staff to drop I would strongly suggest doing this and upgrading it. The only staff that I would consider better for magic is the Staff of Wisdom (S scaling in magic), but that's in Dragon Shrine which is a hell of a long way off for you.

So yeah, that's my advice. Go for the Lizard Staff. If you can't get it then decide whether or not you want to be able to cast hexes. If you don't particularly care about hexes than kill Felkin, if you do care about hexes then either get the Witchtree staff or trade Felkin for the Archdrake staff. Do not use the bone staff and don't upgrade the sorcerer's staff. Neither is very good.

If you do end up deciding not to kill Felkin and you buy the Archdrake staff from him, the next time you can get a good staff is the Staff of Amana (you can guess who drops those) as it has S scaling in magic (but you'll be waiting quite a while until you get to that area).

I know that this is asking too much but the nature of this game is that it doesn't tell you anything "which is fine by me"

Now the souls of bosses you use them to either get huge amounts of souls or to trade them for boss gear.

Is there any thing else these souls can be used to?

I'm not interested in any of the bosses weapons so should i just use them away?
I kept these in my first playthrough but i finished the game without using any of them.

If none of the weapons appeal to you, by all means turn them into souls. I would talk to the gentleman who you de-statuify just outside a jail cell fairly early on first though. If you're looking to go magic he will change certain boss souls into spells rather than weapons.
