help finding kinda old movie name.

it may be from the late 80's or 90's but i can remember something about this guy that was in a car gang and got killed by them or some other car gang killed him and he came back as a ghost or phantom and started running them all down in his car. it seemed pretty campy from the jist of what i seen but i have no clue what it could be called or anything and i know thats not alot of info to go on but maybe some older campy car movies titles you have seen or thnk could be this movie.

YES! You get 100 points sir! I watched the trailer on youtube and that was it. Who knew it had Charlie "Winning" Sheen in it? I guess if i ever want to know another weird movie title ether just ask you or go to that site.
