I'm not one to recommend violent games for minors, but Tf2 really shouldn't even be M rated. Just but the orange box retail. If your mother asks show her some youtube videos.
In fact, you should disable sprays and voicechat and turn on sillygibs and just let her watch you play and see it's not that bad.
