Also, I'm going to second Shadow of the Colossus for PS2, and add on Okami. Two amazing, unique games.

Like RPG's?.....well you in luck come on down to any game store near you and BUY Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 in a month(January 11th in America) or else you are worst than Michael Bay making an art film. Also Killzone 2 is awesome buy that one also....NOW! Killzone 3 is on its way on February 22 I believe.

Edit: inFAMOUS....must own...NOW!!!!!.....or else your dead to me.

P.S. you are NOT noobish You are just lacking in advice on a good, sorry great game for the PS3.

Frankly the game hurts to play. (Arthritis!) The music wasn't that great or memorable. There was a lack of customization and it was linear. It had nice design and the tutorials were great but it gets pretty rediculous playing on even medium.

persona is an interesting series (never really tried it though)
... i really cant think of much else renting is always an option.
