Help Me Decide: Bastion or From Dust (Steam)

So I have $15, should I get Bastion or From Dust?
I'm buying the PC version through Steam.
Anyone who has tried both game please tell me your opinion.
I know both have only been released on XBLA but it should be the same experience.
Also From Dust's DRM is only the one time activation so that's not really an issue.

If you haven't already done so, you can look up 'Let's Play' videos on Youtube for both titles. As far as I can tell 'From Dust' is more of a terrain sculptor than a god sim, but that's not to say the water physics aren't impressive. That said, the gimmick looks like it could get old fairly quickly so I'd suggest Bastion. I haven't actually played either yet, so I'm not exactly an authority on the matter.

I for one would go with From Dust. There's just something awesome about building a wall out of hardened lava to protect your village from a tsunami. It's coming out for PC in 10 days... Can't wait!

Wait Bastion IS going to come out on the PC? Or is it out? I'd heard From Dust was delayed (btw, that get's my vote even though both games look AMAZING), but I thought Basion was an exclusive.

Strangely both is coming out on the 17th on Steam

From looking at From Dust, and yet to play but planning on buying bastion, they're very different games! xD The reviews for bastion are saying there's a lot of replay value in there, whereas the mechanics of From Dust can become a little repetitive.

I'd say Bastion, though I'll need a few days to concrete that xD

I would go with From Dust myself. It looks like a good ol' god game, which is always great. God games are one of those PC staples that its hard not to have a bit of a soft spot towards. Bastion, however, just strikes me as pretentious and overly arty for the sake of being arty: hipster garbage, basically.
