Help Me Fight Bugs!

I went out and bought this weird plug-in thing yesterday from our local garden centre. It circulates pesticides (except, for obvious reasons, they refuse to call it that) around your airflow and kills anything directly on contact. That, combined with strong-smelling airfreshners absolutely eliminates everything in the house, it seems.

Although I'm not sure if its unhealthy for me or not.

Personally I think spiders are cute, woodlice too, not a big fan of ants though it's fun to fill their nests with lighter fluid and then purge them with righteous fire. Also I have a electronic bug swatter which looks like a mini tennis racket with metal strings which you can use to zap them good and proper, also an amusing toy to use on friends after you've had a few drinks.

I once sprayed Games Workshop "Chaos Black" spray paint over my windowsill. Killed those red spiders dead, and they didn't go near it for about a year.

Are the bugs getting in your house some way?

You first need to fix that.
Then bug bomb every room in your house. Kill them suckers till they're dead.
That way, the bugs will stay away for about a year, then you just bomb the house again.

Dude, if you went to Australia, you'd just die. You'd see a Huntsman, then you'd scream and die.

I don't know if the stuff you talked about works. Even if ants don't cross chalk, you'd need to cover every surface in your house with chalk to stop them from coming in.
